This application runs at the point-of-sale, integrated as a GDS plug-in that runs pre-configured rules that you can manage via an internet website. The application allows for file-finishing in a question and answer format, complete with unused ticket integration that will prompt the agent, allowing the agent to QC the record, fill in any missing information, and issue the ticket right from the desktop if desired. The need to send the record to another queue for quality control can be eliminated.
