Ticketing is one of the more repetitive tasks a travel agent must do on a day to day basis. Our Automatic Ticketing Module can free your staff from this time consuming task. In addition, the software will handle any post-ticketing tasks that are required by the agency and/or the customer. The software can ticket and invoice ARC/BSP, non ARC/BSP, and NDC reservations, and issue service fees based on the agency specification. Reservations are checked for data such as ticket designator, tour code or IT codes, and if they are missing, the software adds them.

 

The void process will not only void a ticket, but log the ticket number in a web interface that your accounting department can use for ARC reconciliation. You can choose to void just the ticket, or the ticket and the service fee. In addition, the software will email the agent and let them know the ticket was successfully voided.
