As the solution monitors agency sales data, tickets issued in the GDS are continuously reconciled against active credits, flagging those tickets that have been exchanged, documenting the new invoice number, new ticket number, exchange agent, and any change fees. The software will also make entries in your travelers’ profiles for agent alerting, and once a ticket has been exchanged the software will update the data in the associated profile so that the agent is constantly up to date.
A full range of ad-hoc and scheduled reports are available via web interface based on your agency requirements, including custom data from the associated reservation.
